Mallenom Systems - an expert at the regional stage of the “Professionals” Championship

From February 14th to 19th, the regional stage of the «Professionals» championship was held at the Vologda College of Communications and Information Technology.

Representatives from Mallenom Systems were among the competition's industry experts, evaluating the participants' projects in the «Neural Networks and Big Data» competency. The future specialists solved a CV/ML problem (gaze recognition), demonstrating creativity, professional skills, and innovative solutions.

«As experts, it's important for us not only to evaluate projects but also to inspire young professionals. The championship allows us to see how fresh ideas and innovative approaches can be applied to real-world IT challenges. We are pleased to support talented young people, share our experience, and help develop competencies that will be in demand in the future,» noted Denis Basharov, Head of Acceleration and Educational Programs at Mallenom Systems. 

The winner and runners-up of the championship were awarded certificates for internships at Mallenom Systems this summer. The internship will give them practical experience working on real projects

Since 2023, the company has been a member of the Vologda Region's educational IT cluster, which focuses on the secondary vocational education system. We are pleased to see how such events help develop new competencies and strengthen practical interactions between educational institutions and IT businesses.

As a reminder, the event is being held as part of the all-Russian «Professionals» professional excellence movement, with the support of the Russian Ministry of Education and Science and the federal «Professionalism» project of the «Youth and Personnel» national project.
