Industrial video analytics system

The system of industrial video analytics developed by Mallenom Systems based on neural network algorithms provides tracking of the movement of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products between technological stages using various types of transport: cast iron ladles, steel trucks, overhead cranes, shifters, conveyors, etc.

The system generates up-to-date data on the location and condition of containers and transport mechanisms in the workshop, which are then used to solve problems of planning and optimizing production, as well as creating digital twins of industrial enterprises.

Functionality of the industrial video analytics system:

• identification and classification of control objects on the video image
• determination of the location of containers and transport mechanisms in the workshop
• determination of the state of the container / mechanism (loaded, not loaded, etc.)
• identification of containers, transport mechanisms and products by marking (if it is available at the control object)
• visualization of data and video streams in the operator's workstation or on a video wall
• transmission of data and video streams to external information and control systems
• self-diagnostic and logging of basic events and messages

The contents of the industrial video analytics system:

• IP cameras (it is possible to use already installed video surveillance cameras)
• video analytics server
• data visualization tools

Additional training of system algorithms and GUI design are carried out for a specific implementation object. Industrial video analytics system has been implemented in various workshops of metallurgical enterprises, including simultaneous data processing from more than 100 cameras.
