Efficient production of pharmaceutical goods with Mallenom Systems technologies

Ms Ekaterina Tsareva – Head of Industrial Machine Vision Department – has presented the system integration case for tablets and capsules inspection at the largest pharmaceutical plant located in Western Siberia at the webinar titled "Efficient pharmaceutical production. The best cases".

The webinar has been hosted by PHARMAPAK company and brought together the company executives and pharmaceutical specialists to share the latest perspectives on operational efficiency improvement and costs minimisation.

At the event, Ms Ekaterina Tsareva presented the technology to detect the defects in tablets and capsules that move along the production line in the open blister containers with 100% accuracy. The implementation of this technology at the pharmaceutical plant has led to decrease in the number of defects. Additionally, this system allows to gather the data for any occurring defects which then used for the production optimisation.
